Geoff Hogg is a portfolio GP based in Bristol with roles in clinical care, IT development, commissioning and appraisal.

 He works as a clinician for his local out of hours provider, is involved in OOH clinical governance and is currently working on the development of an on-line software solution to facilitate safe and effective governance.

Marjatta van Boeschoten founded Phoenix Consultancy to develop the human and professional capacities of individuals and teams. She is a well known expert in ‘Principled Negotiation’ working with international organisations, businesses and the NHS.

As Associate Director of Business Development at Hereford Hospitals NHS Trust I am currently programme managing the merger of the hospital, local PCT Provider Services and Adult Social Care Team into one Integrated Care Organisation.

Qualified as a nurse in 1979 and a midwife in 1981.  Worked as a midwife in Huddersfield until 1982 then moved to Halifax to take up the post as Community Midwife. During the next 19 years worked in various departments within the Maternity Unit and also had three children now 25, 22 and 14. 

Helen is recognised as an expert in public service leadership and has a particular interest in the nature of leadership in partnership structures. 

Chris has advised the NHS at national, regional and local level, including input to the Department of Health Talent & Leadership Guidance, the NHS Employers Talent Briefing and he has run a Talent and Leadership Masterclass for Chief Executives.

Paul has been leading business change for over 20 years in major private and public organisations.  He has a PhD in molecular biology, is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Paul Smeeton has been Director of Business Development and Marketing with Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust since 1st May 2008.
