Chris has advised the NHS at national, regional and local level, including input to the Department of Health Talent & Leadership Guidance, the NHS Employers Talent Briefing and he has run a Talent and Leadership Masterclass for Chief Executives.
Over 20 Trusts now use his simple potential identification tool. He frequently contributes to Health Service Journal and press together with regular TV appearances in both UK and abroad.
In 2009 Chris was nominated as on of the top 25 most influential HR thinkers. He is Visiting Professor of Leadership at Cass Business School, a Fellow of the Ashridge Leadership Centre and is a Visiting Presenter at the National School of Government. His book on leadership was translated into 11 languages and published worldwide.
He was Global Head of Leadership for UBS until 2006 where the strategy he led is now a Harvard Business School Case study and won the bank the title Best Company for Leaders 2005, best new Leadership Academy and several global awards.
