Paul has been leading business change for over 20 years in major private and public organisations. He has a PhD in molecular biology, is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.
He provides commercial advice and support to South Central’s PCTs, provider organisations and the SHA. Examples cover outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, market management and the development of the category management based Collaborative Operating Model for health care commissioning. He advised last year on the FESC procurement of Commissioning Enablement Healthcare Analytics for all South Central’s PCTs. He is currently leading South Central’s Integrated Supply Chain strategy to optimise value for money from inbound equipment and supplies.
