Andy joined the NHS in 1985. He has worked at director and chief executive level in both provider and commissioning organisations for the last 12 years. Andy joined Sandwell PCT in July 2008 as Director of Commissioning and Deputy Chief Executive, leading the organisation’s response to WCC.
Andy has a MBA (Health) from Nottingham University.
He is a member of the Institute
of Health Management and
Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
