Travel Directions

Birmingham lies at the heart of the UK, uniquely positioning the city at the very hub of British and international business. Which is why, as one of Europe’s most dynamic and enterprising cities, Birmingham and The ICC is easily connected by all forms of transport, locally, nationally and internationally – making it a destination that delivers greater delegate numbers to your event than other cities.

By plane:

More than 38 scheduled airlines link Birmingham International Airport to 75 business centres in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

By train:

The ICC is minutes from Birmingham New Street, the UK’s largest interchange rail station. The proximity of the train station coupled with excellent connections means many delegates travel to us by rail rather than car, a choice that helps to reduce the environmental impact of their journey. Direct regular services connect London (90 mins), Edinburgh (4h 20mins), Cardiff (2h) and most principal towns and cities throughout the UK. Eurostar services from Paris (3h 45mins) or Brussels (3h 30mins) into London mean that it’s just as easy to get to Birmingham from mainland Europe by train.

By car:

Birmingham’s motorway network connects every part of the UK via the M5,M6,M40 and M42. The ICC has over 2,500 parking spaces, with another 5,000 within an easy walk.
