Adriana Dos Santos is an Independent Consultant with several years’ experience in the engineering, medical/healthcare and biotech industries. Over the past six years, she has worked in a number of roles within the NHS, covering procurement, commissioning and performance monitoring.
Andy Williams
Andy joined the NHS in 1985. He has worked at director and chief executive level in both provider and commissioning organisations for the last 12 years. Andy joined Sandwell PCT in July 2008 as Director of Commissioning and Deputy Chief Executive, leading the organisation’s response to WCC.
Derek Miller
Derek Miller is currently working as associate director of commissioning at South West London acute commissioning unit (ACU). The ACU is responsible for the acute commissioning for five PCTs (Sutton and Merton, Kingston, Wandsworth, Richmond and Twickenham and Croydon). The acute trusts include St George's, Mayday, Kingston, Epsom and St Helier.
Dr James Kingsland
James is the Senior Partner in a Personal Medical Services partnership in Wallasey. He has been in practice on the Wirral since 1989. His practice has won numerous awards for clinical excellence and was in the early waves of fundholding, a first wave PMS plus site, and early adopter of Practice Based Commissioning.
Dr Sandy Bradbrook
Sandy was brought up in Liverpool, read Natural Sciences at Trinity College, Cambridge and after completing his PhD at Manchester he joined Tube Investments in Birmingham in 1970. There followed a successful 15 year progression across 3 different manufacturing industries.
Gary Belfield
Gary is the Acting Director General for Commissioning and System Management at the Department of Health. Prior to this Gary was the Director of Commissioning. He has over 25 years experience in the NHS and DH.
