Deborah Arnot
Deborah Arnot is Deputy Director of NHS NW Leadership Academy, a member’s organisation within the North West region.
Her NHS career started clinically as a nurse in 1981, progressing in seniority through a variety of roles in the Paediatric setting, before working managerially locally, regionally and nationally.
She was closely involved at a local level with 2 major mergers, a Foundation Trust application and worked strategically on clinical governance and organisational development in a variety of roles. She has worked regionally on the leadership and organisational development agenda for a number of Strategic Health Authorities and as programme manager for the National Clinical Governance Support Team.
She has been with the NHS NW Leadership Academy since its inception in 2007; the Academy is a member organisation with 63 NHS member organisations across the NW and focuses on building leadership capacity and capability at a senior level.
