After qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Edinburgh in 1999 with First Class Honours, Jay has specialised in corporate governance, Board leadership development and strategic organisation development, working with over 100 Boards.
He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as their Governance
Lead Practitioner in May 2006 and subsequently moved to Deloitte LLP in August
2008 to head-up the firm’s advisory work within their government and public
sector assurance and advisory practice in the North of England.
